这个题答案选的E,但是我选的C啊。
C做题时理解错了，理解成the movement (across national boundaries of goods) and services 所以觉得have在这里主谓一致了
但是看了答案之后又不了解E了，怎么能看出来是the movement (of goods and services ( across national boundaries))而不是the movement (of goods) and services (across national boundaries)?????????????

啊啊啊啊 想起来了，是Ron大神讲的某一个知识点吧...
但是怎么知道一个名词到底是不是concrete noun呢？

我的想法是：宾语是subject，单数，became连接主语和宾语，所以可以帮助理解单数主语。
而且soulwangh说的挺对，实意名词和虚的名词不可平行。

sometimes this kind of questions are hard to answer.

Maybe you can put it in the context of the sentence and see the usage of it.

Sorry, its had to express explicitly.

同意一楼的耶~ 这里若是把movement和service平行的话，违反了action nouns 不与concrete noun平行的说法，

2). Action nouns refer to actions, as their name implies. They are often formed from verbs:

个人愚见：这种分别方法是：只需要判断是不是抽象的动作名词，若不是，那就是concrete noun~

不能仅仅靠这个说法排除，只是在不考虑平行错误的前提下，进一步看句子意思。。
不然就成subjects啦
