用排除法比较简单，

B have 后面不可能跟动词+ing形式

C  understanding 前面有个the 说明是名词，is +n.+n.对吗？？

D  that 后面要跟句子，这里没有谓语动词，所以不对

（其中called enzymes，应该是省略了Which is,所以仍少了一个谓语动词）

所以A对
