另外，如果在campus visit期间参见面试会不会有什么不同？

我参加过ivey的电话面试，由一个一年级的学生做的，问题比较general,记得的问题有

1。如果team中有一个成员的观点与其他人不同，并且他比较坚持自己的观点，你怎么办？

如果project快due了，但是仍未能说服他，你怎么交作业？

2。用30秒钟描述你的最大的成就。

其他有why MBA, why Ivey, 等等，时间大约是50分钟，

Ivey is a MBA with focus on Case Study, therefore, the capability of English Speaking is quite important criteria.
