关于范德堡大学的托福waiver~

本人gmat750  有前辈知道这个如果过了90%真的可以不交么= =  或者是有要申请的小伙伴们知道这个么 我刚刚看到的 本来已打算拖到第二轮在刷下托福 现在这情况该怎么办 求支招下面是从官网的FAQs粘的。Is there a way for international students to waive the TOEFL or IELTS?You may contact our office to request a TOEFL waiver if you (1) have earned an undergraduate degree in a country where the official language is English (not just an English-speaking institution) or (2) have lived and worked in an English-speaking country for the past two or more years. A waiver is automatically granted if a candidate scores in the 90 percentile or higher on the verbal component of the GMAT or GRE.
