马里兰大学Smith商学院的信息系统 (IS) 专业连续多年位居全美顶尖之列。基于2010-2013 最新统计排名，马大商学院在 Information Systems Research 与 MIS Quarterly 上发表的文章名列全美第一，反应了其极强的学术研究水平以及领先地位。

The deadline is Nov 18. The screening process is rolling-based, and will be closed when the 10 wavier quota is exhausted, so you are strongly encouraged to submit your materials as early as possible.  We will notify you the decision by Nov 25 the latest.
