TPO 1-30 how to use/crack/activate

Hello,
I just found TPO 1-30 set in this forum (see the link below) but the problem is I don't have password or don't know how to activate/crack this set.
Could anyone help me to use it?
I have download about 700 MB the TPO 1-30 but disappointed for being  not able to pass the "password screen"?
