Splendid as it looks at first sight,communicating skills does not exert as a most potent part when determining one’ssuccess in lead. Several factors, such as the moral quality and the extraordinarywisdom contribute to the issue. Therefore, I hold the opinion that socialskills may not be the most essential aspect for molding an outstanding leader.

To begin with , moral quality is highlyvalued no matter in what society ,which comprehends an ocean of personalities,like honesty and integrity , especially when it comes to a good leader  It is obvious that a leader who has lots ofscandals would not win the continual respect and conviction from its members orcitizens , Bill Clinton is a case in point ,who was impeached due to his sexscandal was disclosed .And it is the moral quality of Bush that helped him winthe success in the competition for president ,according to a report conductedby Stanford university . From which we can see the loss of integrity counts alot for one’s failure. What is worse , some leaders could suffer a disasterresulted from their greedy .Guan Chen is a proper example for it , a personwho ever brought the prosper to the development of economy that was the GDPincreasing  one time in five years  in my province .But now Chen is in prisonowning to his corruption with a huge number over 2 billion dollars .

Besides ,remarkable wisdom is a core symbolof an effective leader for that a leader need the acumen to analyze the problemor foresee the future situation and that is what we members hope to see .It ishard to imagine that a leader elected causing by his sophistic  words while in fact he even do not know how todeal with the competition with other companies would keep his status for a longtime .According to a survey carried out among workers by Peking University lastmonth , 90 percent of the participants put the erudition into the first placewhen they were required to tell what is the most important factor for a goodleader ,which reveals that intellect is the core cog of a successful lead.

Admittedly, it is of great importance forthe leader to express his smart sagacity with his communication skills.Splendid communication skills opens a gate for a successful life of apolitician or leader due to the fact that being good at communicating couldmake a person more confident and win the attention from others with which onecould get more chances to present himself  Also， It is hard for a leaderwho is poor at expressing to convince his members to spare no effort to executethe orders they get. In a word, communication skills functions in determining  one's success, but not be the most significantone ,especially when compared with one's moral quality and wisdom .
