It's a good question yo ask. In reality basically all MBAs require SOME work experience (five years is the average, but three can be enough), so you may be a bit too early for regular MBA programs.
There are however a few "Special" programs for people right out of school like HBS 2+2, Stanford deferred, Yale Silver Scholars. They are VERY hard to get into. So you have to see where you fit.
Other than that you have the option of Masters in Management programs, which for the most part are available from European schools. You cover very similar material as the MBA, but basically everyone comes with no or little experience.
