我不是NN，可以讨论一下，我觉得during后面的时间是要限定的，或者跟名词，比如during the stay， during the last two hours，然后一段时间用完成时吧，A的过去式可能不太好。

可是上新东方的时候老师讲during+过去时间要用过去时的
