      B选项：in 1984 对应In 1973，mortgage payments对应the figure

      C选项：缺乏必要的对应

      即使如你所改那样，你自己把它翻译成中文看看

      改动前的C：..........，在1984年44%

      改动后的C：.........，在1984年44%是那个数字

      B：。。。。。。。，在1984年那个数字是44%

      还是考虑语法太多了，注意句子整体意思和作者的意图
