我不清楚L2签证，据我了解只要你是中国的citizenship, 春季的申请截至时间是9月1号。
你可以联系你的academic advisor问问关于你的情况。

根据你现在的情况，拿奖希望非常小。如果你12月才考出高的GMAT和雅思，拿春季的奖学金不大现实，因为一月就春季开学了。

如果你要defer到秋季，你需要联系你的academic advisor.

就算你春季申请到奖学金然后秋季才来，也不保证你秋季就有奖，你需要重新申请秋季的奖学金，麻烦这个问题你也问问你的academic advisor.

有奖学金是按照resident tuition rate
没有奖学金就是按照non-resident

学费是按学期来交。如果没有奖学金，第一学期选三门课（9个学分），学费就是$10,803，每个学期选的学分越多，相对每个学分的学费就会少些。如果选四门课（12个学分），学费是$13,449。

关于living cost，以下是我之前总结出来发给新生的一些相关信息
Cost of Living
Dallas’ overall cost of living is 92% of the national average. As far as I know, general living cost for current students will be more or less as below:
Ø  Monthly rent (rent for a separate bedroom): $300-$700 and mostly $400-$450.
Ø  Monthly cost for electricity, water and internet: $50-$80 for each roommate.
Ø  Month telephone cost: $20-$60, which depends on different data, talk and text plans.
Ø  Monthly dining cost: $80-$130 if you cook by yourself for the most of time.
Ø  Having diner in the campus dining hall will be $4(sandwich) -$9(buffet). Having dinner at local restaurants or Chinese restaurants will be $6(special lunch) -$16 for each person.
Ø  For other necessities like shampoo, etc.: pretty much the same cost as in China.

有很多小区超市银行餐馆在学校免费的校车沿线，如果你住校或者住在校车沿线，上学和基本生活不需要汽车，但是去中国超市出去娱乐参加活动，都是需要有车的。

“For all international applicants, an official English proficiency exam score, no more than two years old from the date of application, from one of three testing services is required.”
所以只要在你提交申请之前没过期就行，建议你尽早提交申请。
