为什么不能选D呢?

我把 injured three times 理解为状语,  joined and was discharged 并列平行。

选A吧?我理解join the army, was injured, was discharge是三个平行并且具有时间先后顺序的三个动作,后面had become是表示在discharge之前的状态

是选A, 但是injured three times 理解为状语 有哪里错了么?

至于最后的时态,我觉得用had become或者was都没问题

入了军,受了伤,被准予退伍,这是三个连贯的动作。。。no more argue~Ok ?
