As John F. Kennedy was definitelyright in stating: “A child miseducated is a child lost”, which apparently illustratedthe significance of education. Nowadays governments in many countries haverealized that without an excellent education, without a strong nation so thatthey enact plenty of policies to enroll more preschool students in primary study.However, in accordance with the stiffer competitive employment market, shouldschools place more workload on students by offering various course in order toequip them with  solid marketable skillsor should people be given a relaxed environment to create their own future. In myopinion, I will choose the formal without hesitation.

Itis undeniable that more curriculums would give rise to more accesses to a widerange of knowledge, including how the air is formed, why we could stand righton the earth, and where could we possibly find another place for our offspringif the earth can not bear the soaring population. The information may seem uselesswhen interviewing, but it actually reap a lot when dealing with some daily matters.For example, if we had no taken basic science class like physics in elementaryschool, we would probably feel restless and even dare not to inspect the wireourselves when the power fails. Instead the only thing we could do is to waitfor the professional to help us. In this sense, a great variety of knowledgefrom different lectures assist us in everyday life.

Also,with more courses simply means facing greater challenges in the study, whichwill actually make students more intellectually involved in the academic studiesand better at linking the new information with the knowledge that has been accumulated,thus making learning new things easier. Meeting difficulties and challenges islike lifting weights. The more we do, the stranger and tougher we become. Sincea heavy load of homework may take up our leisure that is intended for watchingdrama and sitcom on TV or playing computer games in the web bar, student couldobtain more and go further in their academic career when taking more classes.

Thelast but not least, if students are taking more class than ever, theydefinitely get acquainted with more peers. Researches have shown that friends knownfrom their studies path are more likely to last for a long time than those fromother entertaining places. Because friends from classes would probably give manyconstructive suggestions for the problems both from daily life and workplace. Thatis due to the same life experience and same feelings when confronting thesechallenges. Thus, taking more classes would give you the valuable gift of theseclose friends.

Tosum up, even though more curriculums may cause undue pressure sometimes, hebenefit outweighs the drawbacks in a lot of aspects. But I suggest only ifstudents are entitled to select the ones they are into, two or three extracourses would motivate them to study more industriously and give them acompetitive edge in marketplace.
