求问~ 关于Argument 92的解法

size,the diagnosis of stress-related illness is proportionally much lower
in Leeville than in Masonton.According to the Leeville Chamber of Commerce,
these facts can be attributed to the health benefits of the relatively
relaxed pace of life in Leeville.

Write a response in which you discuss one or more alternative explanations
that could rival the proposed explanation and explain how your explanation(s)
can plausibly account for the facts presented in the argument.

写作指引是要给出其他explanations，我写这道题的时候，包括很多网友的答案，都是攻击文中两个现象的漏洞，即生病天数较少 和 问诊比率较低，（1）指出统计的准确性和普遍性问题，可能统计疏漏不全；（2）即使统计准确可信，也可能是环境问题导致生病率的差异；（3）L的工人即便生病也不愿意去医院

然而《GRE写作5.5》这本书给出的答案是攻击文中提到的两个现象与生活节奏较慢之间的关系，指出导致两个现象的原因可能是（1）产业结构和经济结构不同，L的竞争压力要小（2）环境和社会因素（3）人们的观念和心态的不同，L的人们更看得开，而M的人们每天追求更高，算计和纠结更多
好像这种解法认定文中的两个现象是事实，是没有漏洞的。

我想请问一下，到底哪种解法才对，还是说这两种都可以，都不算跑题？
好像写作指引是关于explanations的题目和别的题目都不同是吗？
