You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. What would you choose.

When it comes to the issue as to whether to purchase a house or a business, according to personal experience, emotion concern and fondness, people provide different responses. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to buy a house which I have appreciated for several years. A house will provide me comfort when I am exhausted after a hard working day. I will elaborate my reasons as follows.

The most pertinent reason I would like to present for my view is that a house of my own will always bring me happiness, security and freedom. After working on tedious and repetitive job for eight hours, what I am most likely want to do is go back to my cozy warm home and recharge myself for tomorrow. I would cook some favourite food and turn on the radio enjoying this beautiful moment. After having an unforgettable good time, I can work better and more whole-hearted.

The second reason which can not be belittled is that owning a house will bring me fortune and friends. During the weekend, usually I would like to invite some of my co-workers to my house and hold a party for them. Under fantastic and romantic circumstances, we can communicate more, know each other better and build a more harmonious relationship with each other. Therefore this will help make more friends and have a good relationship with my colleagues who are very important for me.

It goes without saying that having own business also has some virtues, such as independence, working for yourself and chance to demonstrate your ability. Nevertheless, when compared with having a house of my own, I will definitely choose the latter. It not only supply me a good habit to live, but also provide a heaven for my sole. I am so lucky.
