这就不构成一个完整的句子了，句子的谓语呢？

强调句；

选A的话，至少也应该是后接difficulties；

B，while的用法：

引导从句，后接从句或者doing，表示短暂的时间或者对比；

选B，第一，while的形式不对，第二，这样的话就缺少主句了。

C，what意欲引导主语从句，但是这样的话，原本的句子谓语is就归属到what的主语从句中去了，错误。
