[资料] 不要轻视加试,加试文章有范围,但出题无范围

我赶上的是听力加试。而且是经典加试,大王花和一个转学分的,别的不记得了。我一听,嗬给我美的,跟机经里面一模一样啊真是!于是我就用轻松愉快的心情度过了听力阶段。到了答题的时候我就晕了,因为题目跟机经上的基本不一样!

于是我的悲剧就这样发生了……所以大家一定要重视加试!好好听

所以加试范围资料网上到处有,我也可以在这里给大家分享,但是千万不要掉以轻心!就算你把文章看熟了,问题也会看不懂啊啊啊!!

The reading passage mainly talks about groups of team as a whole can have a lot of advantages, and it is the best way to deal with a projects. However, the professor hold the belief that it is not the case at all. And in the speech, he gives enough evidences to supports his idea.

The first aspect reading shows that the more people jion in the group the creative solutions and ideal ways they can find out. This is because  those people are more fare enough than individuals that are doing something lonely. But, contrary to this view, the professor argue in the speech that it is totally incorrect. There always a lot of team members like to have a free ride. They may barely contribution to the team.

Moreover, despite the statement in the reading that if someone doing very well in the team he or she may get more rewards and golory. They may often praise by others. The professor contends that when some one works hard in a team he or she may actually barely gets rewards. This is because the team as a whole will often ignore members' feeling. They win as a whole, they lose as a whole.

Finally, the professor assert that when the team's leader or most of the team members are in a wrong way or direction. Someone who wants to changs the directions or ways is
