(B) but连接对象不平行，they denounce but supporting。
(C) they denounce…,        与they say that…在逻辑上不平行；it多余。
(D) while引导从句，没有主句；supporting…修饰对象不清楚，有与saying…并列的歧义。
(E)        没有主句；it多余。

原先不懂，while引导从句，D缺少了主句，所以大致成分缺失。
在A和D之间犹豫了很久
C的话可不可以认为前两句之间仅用逗号连接，造成错误啊？

是的，they denounce...和they say...是两个independent clause，应用并列连接词或分号来连接 （当然此处用分号不太妥当）
