题目： agree or disagree?"school or work should be prepared ahead of time or have a diea before prepare for it.

With the development of hte society, there are more activitys and plans should be taken into consideration.People are increasingly spend much more time than they used did no matter they are in companys and schools. The meaning of the preparation of the plan is of significance beyoung us to say.However,much disagreement exists among people as to whether people should prepare their work early in order to have enough time to do the process or people should have a clear mind before they begin to do the work.Some people argue that people should better prepare early and do the process in order.Others, however, maintain that it is more wise for them to have a deep and comprehensive understanding about the certain matirial before they start to do them.As far as I am concerned, I prefer that people should have a clear mind before they begin to do work for the following reasons.

To begin with,a clear and deep thinking can help people get familiar with the certain material they are going to do. It is rational for them to know the features and possible difficulties as well as achievements if they can finish.The deeper think about the all aspects of the matter, the more helpful for us to reach a better solution. I can still remember the time that I made a mind whether I should take a part time job while I am in the university. I listed the all disadvantages  and the advantages, then compare them and think deeply that what I can learn from this experience and what I want to acquire. Finally,I decided to seek the job as an accounting assistant related to my major.It is a way let us to know the meaning of the work and set the steps to achieve it.

Furthermore,people who have a clear mind about the certain project can finish quickly and constantly.And the quality of the work is also much higher than others may not catch full understanding.

Steven Jobs is a good example to eluciate this point.Apple company might not be the fast company to do things in order.Instead,success of Apple is depend on the innovation and creative minds.Once they get to know the customers want, they start to develope a new product that is beyond the imagination of people. They usually bring people with huge surprise and the quality of the Apple’s product is much more satisfied by customers’s need.So it is why Steven can introduce his products to people nearly once a year,which other companys are hard to catch up with.The fast speed and the higher quality means that you are much close to the succuss of the work.

In addition, tough some people might worry about that it wastes a lot of time of people have not prepared their work at the beginning,they are more likely to confuse themselves during the process bacauese they have no idea about what should be taken next. This consideration should not be pretended, but I think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.The time they spend before the project can be offset because they would be quickly move on their process.And focus of the certain matter has been recognized as a undenial  truth by people because the focus is the main point about how to do the thing in the right way. It is can be found through thinking.People are in succuss of seize  the key of the project and the rest of role is to do process in order.

In summary, due to the all above mentioned reasons, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that it is a better choice for people think deeply and get an idea then move into the action quickly to make the progress.  622 超时了=== 以后改正！
