LZ属于标配偏上，专业实习貌似稍欠缺，定位差不多美国30-50，港中科，不过美国前三十某些学校还是很有机会的。

建议前30的MSF 包括MIT都可以试试啊。还有些可以用gmat申请的policy的master也可以。前十的里面cornell columbia好像有Real estate的master。 按照楼主的背景应该不太用30以后保底，就挑一两所就可以了。然后求楼主发note 邮箱ruiting_dai@126.C0M

Hi, my friend! Jon Frank here, happy to help. First let me say that you have a good background, including solid test scores and relevant work experience. The one problem is that you aren’t quite sure about which major or career you want to pursue. Address this big question before you worry about rankings or program requirements. I’d highly recommend you to think about this first before you make any other decisions, since it will ultimately tell you what kind of graduate degree is right for you. You may not feel that there’s much of a difference between various majors as an applicant, but it definitely matters once you are in the program and later, when you have to decide what you want to do in your career.
In terms of MSF (if that’s what you’re most interested in), you can consider UIUC, CWRU, Syracuse,and Fordham. These schools should be in your range. Let me know if you have any further questions!

哥大的地产不算特别难录吧 MIT 的MSF 会相对较难。 我觉得整体background蛮好的啊 前30里的MSF vandy wustl rochester 都可以试试。 USC 似乎也新开了MSF。 MACC的话 圣母 和UTA可能标准化考试差了点，usc wm 啥的都有希望
