前面是否定，后面用or。。。  do not ...., or...

OG的解释是food do not contain  A, B, or C. 也就是ABC其中一个，不可能包括所有的。但是我对答案D有个疑问，以GMAC简单为主的思想，为什么不直接or anything synthesized？
求大神解答：）

在其他帖子里看到这个问题的讨论，原题中给出的就是has been synthesized，而且没有线索证明这样的使用是错误的，所以is、has been就成了一个没有决定意义的分歧。
