Your GMAT and TOEFL are strong, and the exchange student experience is definitely helpful as well. The next thing you’ll want to focus on is gaining more real-world work experience. This will prove you are able to apply what you’ve learned in school towards solving real-life problems. Ultimately, this is what business schools and companies care about most. I’d also recommend that you do more research on different industries in order to solidify your career goal, which should be both specific and clear. In applying to business grad programs, you need to show them that you know exactly what you want in the future, and that their program is going to be a necessary stepping-stone towards achieving your goals. In this way, great essays that cover this material are essential. If you can follow my advice, you should be able to apply totop-tier programs like Rochester, WUSTL, and UT Austin, for sure.
