LZ，我们在表达的时候，最好可以精确些，如 increase 后可以直接接名词，但通常只是表示增加什么。如果要表达增加的量要加BY, 如果表达增加到则用TO.
90题这样不加by，不太会引起歧义，所以对这个语法点并不作要求，况且这道题要测试的重点是对从句及时态的理解。话说回来，真要是钻起牛角尖来，这里没有一个选项是正确的。
