significant和significantly在意思上有区别吗？

我觉得这里的意义区别主要不是来自取 adj.  和 adv. 的差别：
因为significant也有显著的含义：
ADJ - A significant amount or effect is large enough to be important or affect a situation to a noticeable degree. 重大的; 显著的

但题目里面的确有意义上的变化，我认为是来自于修饰结构的变化
significantly compounding 这里说 compounding 的结果是显著的
significant in compounding 里，significant 和 in的用法我没有找到，那就只能是significant修饰逗号前的名词，in compounding 作为一个状语。“在混合的过程中体现了工人的重要性？”这已经完全混乱了

而C、E后面and带来的问题就更为明显了
