As many applicants did, I took TOEFL in Nov this year. I justed called ETS and was informed that the score will not be available until Dec.29th (NY time). The guy said even after requests by phone, it will take 4 work days to be sent and another 10 days to reach schools. So if we sent our addtional score reports by that day, the official score reports will defenitely miss deadlines of some schools, though we may submit application online before. Will the schools still accept the score, review those application package, and consider us in round II without receiving offical reports?

Normally, the schools will be ok with your self-reported score. But it is always better to check with the schools, at least you should let them know your score reports will be a little bit late.
