Does anybody think that "will produce" is unfit with "each per year"? I think present tense matches "each per year'.
Please clarify.

不是很确定，如果理解成，if they are provided with...they will produce...这样可以吗？

实际上原文中并没有IF 你怎么看？

E项最好不过想问一下will的用法而已

顺便说一下，2L告诉你的这个理解方法是正确的。provided withhigh-energy feed, and milked regularly,这里在主句前作条件状语不需要有if，实质上与if they are provided with...从句相等。所以后面主句的谓语时态可以用will。
