First of all , if you apply for MBA program, there is no such things as PS for most b-schools. They usually, use essay to evaluate your competency.

Second, neither PS nor essay has the so-called "moban" since it is very individualized things.

Finally, even you got some "moban", be careful to use it, since you are supposed to tell your own story with your own style.

BTW, if you are talking about essay, there are many such resources on the internet, try some searching engine as Google, you will find tons of related info.
