本人女性，即将前往PSU Smeal B-School读MBA，正在看off-campus housing。看下来个人比较倾向于两个地方，The Villa and Copper Beech。这两个地方的房子都是3-bedroom，有独立的bathroom但kitchen以及laundry facility要合用。我想找读graduate或者PhD的女性合租。

Each3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath townhouse includes a big-screen television, fireplace, newfurniture, washer/dryer and a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances.  There is a limit of 3 people per unit (oneper room).  Leasing starts this August!

Withan amazing view of the stadium and plenty of green space, The Villas Clubhousefeatures a fitness center, hot tubs, a pool table, and a café. There aregathering spaces inside and outside (one-time,per/person, per-year $275 activity fee). There are fire pits and a pool on the outside of The Villas Clubhouse,too.

Townhomesare 1256 sq. ft. and are rent for $1685/mo for a limited time (reg. $1785/mo)! Rent includes all utilities with the exception of electric.  No roommate? No problem.  You can rent one roomfor $595/moin a unit and we'll find roommates for you based on your own preferences!  If yousign a lease between April 29, 2013 and May 31, 2013, we will waive theactivity fee ($275)!

TheVillas offers comfortable living for everyone with a pet section and quietsection, specifically for grads and young professionals.  We even offer shorter lease terms for asingle semester at the rate of $695/month.

Witha dedicated CATA Bus stopspecifically for The Villas of Happy Valley, you won’t have to worry aboutparking downtown or what bus to take to get back and forth when you don’t feellike driving. The bus pass is includedwith your rent and grants privileges to use the M bus, which will beoffering expanded services to the area this August, running approximately every30 minutes.  Those 3.8 miles from campuswill be a breeze with a hop on the bus, or a drive just two exits up thehighway.
