Thanks for dropping us a line here. Let's get your questions answered.
1. It will depend a lot on your TOEFL, GMAT, and work experience over the next years. So it's too early to tell. Don't worry about it for now. Just try and do as good as you can on your tests.
2. Fall is better. There aren't many MBA programs in the US that begin in Spring.
3. Only the time. But like I wrote about, almost all US programs begin only in Fall.
4. Don't do it. Quitting looks bad. And not having a job looks bad. Almost everybody who applies to an MBA takes the GMAT and TOEFL while working, and it is best if you do this too. Schools don't like unemployed candidates, or candidates with big work gaps (esp. if it can be avoided)
