你好，这里到处是牛人。我在大陆一所中外合作大学当外事主管，因为所有的课程都是英文授课，所以需要很多外教，我的工作每年是从全世界，主要是英文国家，招聘外国教师，与他们联系，面试，决定是否聘用。他们在华期间的所有问题都有我来处理，与他们进行沟通，解决他们的问题，协调他们和学校间的矛盾。我是2001年毕业的，做这份工作已有三年了。大学专业学的是工科，电力系统自动化。GMAT，TOEFL成绩一般，请问我这样的条件有可能被录取吗？这样的工作经历会给我增加被录取的机会吗？我估计能申请到什么样学校的offer和奖学金（没有钱，穷人）谢谢大家！！！

I am still preparing the application and going to meet the deadline for the third round. Is it too late?

By the way, I got 760 in GMAT and 627 in Toefl. 3 years w/e. Passed CFA Level 2 in June of 2004. But the bad story is that I dont have good GPA in undergraduate study( majored in Mechanical Engineering). I guess It's below 3.0. My GPA for graduate study ( majored in International economics and trade) is fine. It's about 3.3.

How do you think my background?

It really depends. I am quite fortunate to get admitted, but I don't know Adcom's preference exactly. They should also take into account students' diversity.

About GPA, I think you can explain it in the essays. You can also emphasize your graduate GPA. There are a lot of discussions concerning GPA on this forum.

3rd round is not late for US applicants, but for international students it might be another story. You'd better consult current students and alumni to find how the history was in order to get an idea.
