1014里面的题目，为什么选scoop啊？后面的宾语是the big news agencies,整句意思是要抢在这些news agencies前面报道，而scoop的宾语应该是新闻本身啊。。。
forestall有先发制人的意思勉强用不可以么

理解上没有问题，我觉得其实两个都可以，scoop好像用在新闻报道上更为地道一些
scoop  宾语是对手而非新闻

我怕麻烦都是用iciba.com...里面的Collins科林斯高阶双解还是比较平易近人的，不过官方词典是韦氏，能下一个最好
