Hi, I got an interview today. I applied for MBA program but after the interview Granham suggest me to go for IMBA program. I have never think about that before but after few research, I begin to think about it. I do not have much working experiences but I am in US for few years. My GMAT is 710 and Gpa 3.9 for my master program here in US. Since I studied in US so I do not need language proficiency but I did go for an IELTS exam on December. I got 7.0(I haven't told the school yet).
So here's the thing, I am wondering his offer is just an suggestion or is he telling me that I am not that qualify for the MBA program because of my working experience. Will I get reject when I stick to the MBA program? Is the IMBA program easier to apply for? Since it does not require work experiences. I still prefer the MBA program because I would like to learn more from those people with good experiences but if that means I won't be able to study in Schulich, I might think twice.
On the other hand, I am wondering whether I should have the OPI test for IMBA if I switch to that program? I know an internship is mandatory for graduation, so I won't graduate if I am not able to find an intern?
Final question for now, is my profile qualify for scholarship or fellowship? I really need the financial aid for my study.
I am sorry I don't have a Chinese typing here in this computer. Thank you so much if you can reply me!!!! |
