那么这句话实际上也是用来解释为何要由政府来建立超级计算机网络，因为如果没有政府建立协调机制，就没有大学或商业愿意投资进来。是这样理解吗？

不知有没有什么好方法能锻炼对文章结构的理解力，偶现在常常搞不清一句话和一句话之间的逻辑关系，尽管每句话都看懂了，可是对整体的逻辑把握还是有偏差。

文章的逻辑结构好像是看了之后自然形成的。原文其实很简单，逻辑的原文其实就是议论文结构，就是每句话之间基本上是原因，结论的关系。就是讲某个观点，提某个理由。然后有个全文的观点。我要说服你，总得有个观点，再加上提点理由吧。所以看原文要分清哪些句子是为谁服务的。

对呀！就想写中文的议论文一样，不是论点就是论据嘛，这样想想不管是逻辑还是阅读都没什么难的。关键是头脑要清醒。不过说来简单，一读起来就有分不清东南西北了，看来还是火候不够，要继续努力，向lawyer、chelseayang看齐！
