A是答案。我也同意。但是D为什么不对呢。从题目看“grow in garden"是"smell sweet"的充分条件，smell sweet是grow in garden的必要条件，那么D说有一些smell sweet的玫瑰不grow in gardent也是可能的啊。

问题是选项是must be true，不是possibly true。
