Hello there,
It's great that you are already thinking so far ahead. So the first thing is your GMAT. Your school and your GPA are good, but not amazing, so you can make up for this by getting a great GMAT. Aim for a 720+ and many options will be open to you. I also find that many students who take their GMAT right after their graduation tend to do quite well, maybe because they are in the rhythm of testing and preparing for tests. If you can take the GMAT within the next year that would be great because that will get it out of the way for you, and the test results will be good for five years.
The schools you will be eligible for will depend a bit on your family business - especially on its size and success, so I hope that things will go well there.
Now, let's jump to your specific questions:
1,Can i apply for MBA in Top 20 if i get a high GPA?
Sure. If your family business is impressive enough and you get a great GMAT.
2,Who is the best person to write the recommendation letter for me?
I's good that you are thinking about this now. If you will ONLY work for the family business until your application, I think your best options might be 1. A manager who is not a family member (if one exists) 2. Business partners 3. Someone who manages you in another aspect of your life (for example in your volunteer work)
3,What is my advantage for the MBA application ?
You mean your strength?? So far it is too early to tell because you don't have the GMAT or your work experience. But work on them over the next few years, and you will see.
4,What should i do in the next 3 years to make me stand out in the resume?
Beyond your work experience and your test scores, the schools like to see "well-rounded" candidates who are involved in several other activities - so think now about what you can do as a volunteer, or what other clubs/events/interests you can invest yourself in.
5,Would it be of any help to the application if i go to some poor areas for education support as tutor?
This is one nice thing you can do among many. In general do try and have at least one item of volunteer work that continues for several years.
Hope this helps!!!
