提纲：
1、应该尊崇民众意见 一是缓和贫富差距 促进和谐 提高大众生活质量 二是 选举人选他执政就是想让他符合大众利益 否则 下次落选
2、但有时不行 不切合实际（每个人立场不一样 不能都满足） 大众有时短见 有的大众意见是错误的 这是就要领导发挥独特才智 坚持自己判断 做出独到选择
3、其实在现实生活中 如果领导人不是为自己谋私利 而是 解决社会问题时，坚持做出了可能大众不同意的意见时，基于长远看来 其实还是站在符合大众利益的角度的

Do the political leaders should yield to the public opinion or insist on his own judgment in order to be effective and successful? Admittedly, governors should base their decision on the broad interest and protect the maximum interest of the public in a majority of circumstances, however, it does not necessarily mean political leaders must abandon principle for the sake of compromise, on the contrary, in some cases, they should set out some unorthodox policies despite of some disagreements among the general.

First, it is the officers' responsibilities to satisfy the interest of the public as much as possible in order to promote the whole living standard of the mass and relieve the wealth gap among the rich and the poor, thus rendering to a harmonious society. In addition, all the officers were selected by the voters of the mass, so they should take on the task, such as serving to the whole society, that they ever promised in the public, otherwise, they would lose the next opportunity to be power due of lacking the trust of the mass resulting from failing to considering the mass interest.
However, in view of different backgrounds and angles among the general, it is unreal and unreasonable to satisfy everyone's interest and opinion in practice. For example, should governors abandon the environmental protection policy just because some owners of chemical  industies claim that the policy will impede their economic interest? The answer is absolutely no. What's more, some opinions of the mass may be wrong and short sighted, in this case, the govorer should demonstrate wisdom, nerve and innovations in order to correct the different even wrong opinions by insisting his own ideas. For example, it is the unique reform of Franclin .D. Rooselvete, who set out a series of unpopular policies, which may though seem to destroy the business interest , that  provided more job opportunities for people and survive the United Stated from the economic depression.

In sum, the leaders should take the public opinions into consideration in order to enhance his reputation and promote the development of civil living standard. In the meanwhile, we should also put an emphasis on the insist of some ideas or policies of the leaders.

思路还行。下次最好用Word, 语法神马的实在不好改，你就自己改改吧。我主要说下结构问题：1、第二段明显缺少例证，感觉有点空。其实完全可以写成两段的。2、第三段缺少过度，感觉从第二段到第三段转变太大。
其实我觉得你语言挺好的，很值得我借鉴。 以上是我的个人意见，希望明天帮我详细的改改，求狠批，批的越多越好，谢谢

那我就说一些稍微细节一点的问题了。。。

这句话，我感觉把relieve gap不要放在主旨句里会比较好诶。。因为and连接感觉跟前面并列怪怪的。。。
其它我感觉我跟楼主有很多相似的问题，比如论证不是很充分什么的。。。
