对这道题还是有疑问,首先A中的condensing的主语可不可以理解为"....oceans's water that is warmed...." that引导的定语从句的主语?即condensing伴随的是(water) is warmed by the sun这句话。这样它的主语就是water了嘛。
同问A中,condensing应该修饰最近的一个完整主谓句的主语(新东方的笔记),所以condensing应该修饰oceans’ water. 难道that(oceans’ water) is warmed by the Sun and rises high into the atmosphere 不算是完整主谓句?!

A中condensing确实是修饰ocean's water。that(oceans’ water) is warmed by the Sun and rises high into the atmosphere是完整主谓句
A. Clouds are formed from the evaporation of the oceans’ water that is warmed by the Sun and rises high into the atmosphere, condensing in tiny droplets on minute particles of dust. Active voice & passive voice
B. Clouds form by the Sun’s warmth evaporating the water in the oceans, which rises high into the atmosphere, condensing in tiny droplets on minute particles of dust. Modifier problem
C. Warmed by the Sun, ocean water evaporates, rises high into the atmosphere, and condenses in tiny droplets on minute particles of dust to form clouds. The best structure.
D. The water in the oceans evaporates, warmed by the Sun, rises high into the atmosphere, and condenses in tiny droplets on minute particles of dust, which forms clouds. Modifier problems
E. Ocean water, warmed by the Sun, evaporates and rises high into the atmosphere, which then condenses in tiny droplets on minute particles of dust to form as clouds. Modifier problem
