OG对于that is的用法是说，是一种不必要的word和结构，所以要eliminate，但是我当初看的时候是把that这个从句看成定从，trenches充当主语，所以不能去掉that，如果去掉的话那么一个句子就有两个动词cut和yield，所以不对，没想到og说这里的cut~~是修饰，我就困惑了，我不知道这种结构什么时候是需要定从，什么时候是分词修饰，是不是gmat更偏好分词修饰啊；
我觉的是分词修饰的话Cut~~~~， the first trenches have yielded that 这种结构更好，不会引起两个动词的困惑

我当时第一阶段排除就把E去掉了，是因为我提取了句子的框架some members will try to~~~farmers will be allowed and to do~~; 看AND前面will try ,will be allowed 句子里不可能有两个动词啊，如果它和68一样是定语修饰，那也应该是be allowed,不知道这个will be 在句子里是什么结构，为什么是对的，我看没有人跟我有同样的困惑，就提出来了，求解答！！！！

68.1）that is cut 在句中作被动结构修饰的是 trench；因为过去分词有表被动的作用；
2）that is cut这个点在题中没有错，如果选项中都是that is cut的话，你怎么都选不到cut，但是出现that is cut与cut都是修饰trench的时候，GMAT是会优先选择用词最少，同样表达的选项。
62.1）句子结构：some members ...will try to establish ...and to encourage...
2）句中的will be allowed属于被动结构，the amount of grain THAT farmers will be allowed to grow，省略了THAT，因为其作宾语。
