  You have been told that dormitory rooms at your university must be shared by two students. Would you rather have the university assign a student to share a room with you ,or would you rather choose your own roommate ? Use specific reasons and details to explain your answer .

As student we often face the circumstance :we receive the assignment of our roommates or choose ones by ourselves .There are many advantages and disadvantages on both sides . According to my personality and fondness ,I think the latter superior to the former .

There are a great of reasons why I prefer to choose my own roommate ,and I would here explain a few of the most important ones . The main reason is that I could select my own roommate who is similar to me in dealing with concepts of something and personalities .Therefore we have collective interests and will to take part in numerous activities . I hope who is a beautiful ,generous and sparkish girl . When I go shopping ; when I go out to eat ; when I go to dance , she will accompany with me and entertain herself too . Or she has a problem in the accommodation or other aspects I am glad to help her resolve them .

Another reason why I advocate the attitude of choosing my own roommate is that I want to have a adversary in study who is kind and positive .On the one hand we may discuss the assignments , on the other hand we are able to reach the successful stage in comparison each other and in helpness each other .

The last but not lest I like my roommate who is a girl having a regular life style because I do not hope  when I am asleep she does always come back from the clubs or other sites.

Of course , receiving the assignment of  roommates have  advantages to some extent .You get acquainted with the various of the ones who were born in different places and their characters differentiated from yours .through their words , you can learn about their places of customs and scenery.

But if all there factors are completed the vantages of the choosing my own roommate carry more weight than those of receiving the assignment of the roommate .Not only because could we cultivate a ultimate friendship in life ,but because we build competive relation featuring mutual trust ,mutual benefit and cooperation in study .
