童鞋，你这里例子举得真的挺好，刚才我搜了cd上很多关于less和fewer的问题（之前我咋就没想到在cd上搜呢。。。傻了，，，）大家和你的说法都一样，我感觉你的还挺形象的！！谢谢！！！

即就是：
Fewer种类少
Less 量少
less of certain pollutants:表明有害物质的量。less在此表示不可数。
fewer of certain pollutants:表明有害物质的种类，fewer表示可数，如含有CO,SO2，或者还有其它的有害物质。
