对于A,B，OG给出的解释是“ the "in ......reformism" phrase has been awkwardly set between the subject and verb of the sentence.

请问有什么根据不可以将这个时间状语放在主谓当中，虽然读起来还是CDE顺口，可是仅仅是凭感觉吗？

I believe the position of this abverb is very vital. In Choice A and B, "in the first period of religious reformism " modifies " Manifestations of Islamic political militancy " . But it should modify the whole sentence and putting it in the beginning of the sentence makes the modification clear.

在A,B里面，in the first period of religious reformism显得是在修饰political militancy，意思变成特指“在宗教改革第一阶段的军权政治”。这里时间状语是修饰整个事件（主语+谓语）的。好像OG里面还有几道题，时间状语都被提到了句首，避免出现修饰局部的歧义。我如果将来整理了一定贴出来。

In choices A and C, it intrudes between the halves of the compound verb has moved... and [now] draws to introduce a new grammatical subject, thereby creating a run-on sentence:

the inclusion of it requires a comma after classics to set off the new independent clause. The placement of now is awkward in C, and the construction living abroad... and who is not parallel in C and D. Misplacement of words creates ambiguity in E: for example, the positioning of both immediately before the phrase describing the authors suggests that there are only two contemporary Hispanic authors living abroad. The logical word placement and parallel phrasing of B, the best choice, resolve such confusions.

那这道题就放在主谓之间啊? 而且感觉OG190实在看不出是要修饰整句还是单个主语, 大家有什么办法区分吗?

我的理解是时间状语尽量不要出现在完整的主谓结构之间, 楼上的那题里面省略了主语, 不影响我的结论.
