以后有面试方面的疑问,大家就在这个帖子里面讨论吧.

but how to answer such questions?

Everybody has their own unique working and life experience.

I think the most important thing for our discuss is not to look for a standard answer,

but to clarify the emphases each question wants to see about.

And I also appreciate the people who give us the detail information about  their interviews.

大家对interview 也不要太紧张， 注意做好自己的准备部份后， 再分析一下帮你面试的人的心理就行了。 坐在我旁边的几个同事整天面试那些申请我们公司internship 的学生， 其实也问不出什么来，就是走个过场。 我经常开他们的玩笑， 说你们这样给别人打打电话， 到底能够了解别人多少呀。 他们说语言流利的， 态度好的就要了。 其实就是碰运气。 我认为面试的结果在面视的前5分钟就定下来了。

是啊,准备的目的就是能让我等这些口语so 一般的同志能够在面试时候作到不紧张和语言流利.

口语其实不是最重要的,不然美国人面试都能通过了.

我认为面试NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER和面试INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT,衡量的标准可能稍有不同.当然这是就老外面试而言,校友面试另当别论.

并不是所有学校都要求面食的吧?不用面食的学校是否都差呢?
