buffalo msf 这样算是录取么？求解

前几天晚上先是收到邮件，主题为“obtaining your student VISA” 提醒说要去检查checklist上所有要求的文件都有upload。
第二天收到 Jennifer 的邮件“Congratulation on your recent acceptance into...”
这封邮件是说 how to pay the deposite。
Many of you are asking how to pay the tuition deposit.  Below I have outlined the next steps:

4.       If you have already submitted your documents online or mailed the UB Financial form and financial supporting documents please know that your file will be processed for International Admissions sometime this week.  （这个是被高亮的）
还说Until you hear from International Admissions about the final approval of your documents you cannot pay the deposit.  This process takes up to four weeks long to complete.  Your final deadline to upload all documents and pay the deposit is March 29th.  

意思是我在3.29前 要上传文件和支付定金，这样理解对吗？

之前我只有上传 copy of official transcript（大四在读），没有上传financial form 和存款证明，也没有邮寄正式成绩单。我去检查了下申请系统，如下：
Application  Status:    Accept/Admit - 03/04/2013
Acceptance  Confirmed:    NA
推荐信还有一个没有被收到的样子是No，official transcript 也是No。
刚刚上传了financial form 和 存款证明的扫描件，现在上面的状态是yes。

问题是，我还需要让推荐人上传推荐信吗？现在需要邮寄成绩单吗？financial form 和 存款证明需要邮寄过去吗？还是在网上上传了就好？
我现在算是被录取了吗？
大家收到 buffalo 录取的是这样的状况吗？
满头问号，有点急，谢谢大家~

是录取没错。Buffalo不用寄正式成绩单。那个推荐信的事儿你问问Jennifer吧~

CONG!是录了~资金证明扫描上传就可以的，final transcript和毕业证学位证开学带过去就可以了

恭喜哈  我也拿到水牛城的ad    不过希望咱俩都拿到其他更好的学校 实在不行 咱还可以一起混水牛城 是吧 ==！
