偶试着解释一下。

Woman这句“I don't think so. I know so！”的意思应该是“虽然我不这样认为，但是事情还是发生了”。重要的是最后一句：And I 've already signed up for it，Woman已经报名了，进一步说明Dr.Luby will lead a theater trip to Broadway这件事已成事实。

总体来感觉，woman这句“I don't think so“大概就是”我没想到会这样“的意思。
