Ironically, neither David Tepper nor Carl Icahn graduated from any of the top schools.

School doesn't make the successful people. It just happens top schools gets more motivated individuals, which later translate into success.

Interestingly both David and Carl are known for their very aggressive (some may consider hostile) acquisition and management styles.
