前几天我还发了篇文章叫“嘉能可交易员解答网友问题”，里面回答了不少类似于楼主这样的疑问。 但似乎没什么人对这个行业感兴趣，还有人问此贴的POINT在哪里.... 所以就让它沉了。 TRADING FIRM不怎么看重学历，对工作经验和个人特质最看重. 可能嘉吉是惟一一个有MBA管培项目的类似公司，但他们是在招一般性业务员，不是在招交易员。 -- by 会员 土那瑞 (2013/2/18 10:40:10)

What are important skills to have in your field? More importantly than academic credentials, you need to have an entrepreneurial flair, real commercial initiative and without a shadow of doubt you need passion for what you are doing as its such a cuthroat competitive environment. It is an intense work environment and if you fuck up then you will be made to feel humiliated by your co-workers. And above all else, you need to be able to make relationships and contacts and so people skills are key Margins are slim and so you need to have the ability to generate additional value at all times.
