顺便请教一下大家，这两个缺点算不算自杀性的？

偶觉得“犹豫”是相对于“平衡”来讲的，因为有时过于追求“平衡”就会显得“犹豫”。

direct，是偶以前大老板看到偶最头疼的事。他就喜欢imply（不喜欢他的一大理由！哈哈）。在工作第一年年度评估时，他就指出了偶这个最大的问题“说话太直接”。请教大家，用“direct”这个词是不是不能表达偶老板的意思？那么应该怎么表达？谢谢先！

这些词应该用工作中的事例加以说明的吧？

不知道又应该如何表达？

My understanding is that direct is more like a positive word.

I am just curious whether the weakness question is a loaded question or not. Many people may sometimes demonstrate lack of determination, lack of diligence, lack of consideration, lack of any of what we can good stuff, you name it. If you speak about it directly, it may have a negative impact on the adcom, but if you don't, it will produce no postive impact either.

对呀，我也是这么认为的。不过我老板就是指出“说话不能太直接了”，其实他这么说的时候也有些尴尬，偶的感觉是他个人不喜欢。

但是，后来工作中我也有发现，有时候同样的事采用不同的表达方式是会达到完全不同的效果的。

所以如何表达“direct”的negative的意思呢？

One expression for "direct expression" is that one is not aligned to the company's culture. They think that you speak directly because you are not speaking the same "language" like they do. It's obvious we cannot tell the adcom about that in the interview. Wording is really tough!
