MIT MFin AD + Interview with Sara @ Dec 20th

本来的interviewer是Kim，后来被临时换成了Sara，是个大美女，人也很好。感觉被问了特别多的问题。Sara速记了4大页纸
Questions as following:
1) short term and long term goal
2) why MIT (tip: 我觉得回答这类问题的时候你最好多去研究几个在Sloan任职的金融泰斗的课题啊什么的，AO不是专家，但他们听到这些名字就知道你是做了功课，真正想来MIT的）
3) biggest achievement
4) your disadvantages and what can MIT provide you with to overcome them?
5) preferred working place in the future
6) tell me about your internships
7) tell me about your study abroad experience and what did you learn from it
8) how to persuade others
9) tell me one time you work with someone who doesn't get along with you
10) ethical problem
11) some brief discussions about the classes I take and will take at MIT (楼主cross register在MIT，所以在sloan上课，不过没上过finance类的，上的都是些MBA的课）
12) teamwork/leadership experience
13)Questions for her

偷偷瞄了眼Sara准备的问题，大概有20个。。。。我能记得的就这么多，如同很多人所说的，很多小问题穿插在大问题中。大约25分钟的时候我是真的没什么故事好说了。。幸亏时间到了。。。

背景:美LAC, LSE交流一年，Econ major, GPA:3.79 GMAT 720. 两个非finance小实习。
