这个对话里对第一个人说的不理解。traffic was bucked up for 我查了一下BUCK UP 是振作，加油的意思。这里会不会是back up， 倒退的意思。

偶觉得MM是对的，偶听了好几遍也是backed up，惭愧，偶当时可没像MM这样细心，但是这个词组应该是堵塞的意思，偶查的释义是这样的
