Hi there, considering your scenario, I’d say there are two major challenges for you right now. First off, time is running short and you might have to rush through your applications. Second, your personal statement needs to show your goals, as well as your reasons for applying to a specific program. Schools are always looking for candidates who have clear goals and a vision for their future. They’re hoping that their program will really make a difference on your future career path. Figure out a list of schools that interest you first, and then really focus on your essay writing. You have gooda GPA, an international education background, and relevant work experience. So your essay is the chance to bring everything together and showcase your personality to the admissions committee. I’d suggest you look into UIUC, Washington University, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Bentley, and Baruch College. Let me know if you need anything else! Hi Jon!
Thank you very much for your advice! Exactly, many schools have stopped accepting applications now, and the number of those I can choose is really limited. I started my application for bentley yesterday, but got stuck in the essay (the most time-consuming one always...as the most important one as you say ) But I will keep working on it, with your advice : ) DDL of UIUC has expired and so will Washington do in few days, so I might try Penn State, Pittsburgh, and Baruch College after bentley. Thanks again for your help. Really helpful. Thank you!
Best regards.
